KACIE - DAYCARE & BOARDING

Our cockapoo has separation anxiety and requires extra TLC. I was able to work with the owner, Sammy, to get her gradually acclimated to the daycare by leaving her for a few hours one day and then introducing her for a full day of service.
Our dog, Kacie, came home happy and tired. I was able to reach the owner throughout the day to check on my dog, and was satisfied knowing she was doing well.
We plan to be repeat customers.

Sammi’s the best!!! She is wonderful and caring with animals. She has been walking my 2 French Bulldogs for some time. They are very difficult to walk with and she has always been very patient and loving. Sammi is also very patient with me because I know I am a pain when it comes to asking questions about my babies throughout the day. She has been wonderful, patient and very trustworthy.

Samantha has been dog sitting my beagle for nearly a year. Her dedication, professionalism and ability to be there whenever something comes up has made her my first choice in dog care. Living in the city and without a car, it is great to be able to depend on Samantha to pick up the dog as i am leaving and drop her off as soon as i am back home. Samantha's dedication even helped me manage my dog's weight problem while I was away. When an urgent work matter left me needing to travel for weeks at a time, I was relieved to have Samantha around to care for my dog. The fact that my dog couldnt contain her excitement every time Samantha picked her up was always reassuring.

DIXIE - OVERNIGHT BOARDING

I used Samantha for my dog Dixie for 4days while I went away. My dog has separation anxiety and I was little nervous leaving her for that long. Samantha was great!! She sent me updates of the dog, and really helped me out when I dropped her off as I was running late for my flight. My dog seemed to really enjoy it there and I would definitely use Samantha in the future!

Samantha has been absolutely great with Cheetah and very accommodating with my bizarre work schedule. She's been watching her for over a year now, and due to my hectic work schedule, about two weeks out of the month at times. I miss Cheetah very much, but its a large weight off my shoulders knowing that Cheetah is in good hands and I'm always happy that she's happy to be with her friends, and get the loving attention she deserves. Samantha takes great care of her and Cheetah always returns home happy and unscratched. Sam is the only sitter I trust my dog with. Thank you for all your great work!

My husband and I recently traveled overseas for 10 days. We left our little dog with Samantha for the duration of our trip. We were a little nervous as it was the first time that we left our dog for that amount of time. We were delighted to hear and see how happy and comfortable our dog was with Samantha. I was curious throughout our trip to see how our dog was was getting on. Samantha was great at keeping in touch with us and even sent us a photograph of our dog who looked very happy. Our dog came home to us happy and exactly the same as when we dropped her off. I would thoroughly recommend Samantha and her service for anyone who needs help taking care of their pet for a few days. Hugs and kisses are the order of the day for doggies staying with Samantha. Natalia was my first dog and Samantha and her became fast friends. A year later I got Annie and Samantha helped me so much in incorporating the new puppy into society and build good relations to other dogs. When Annie went through her spaying and i needed someone to care for her I could not have asked for any better second mommy. Annie and Natalia love spending time with Sammi and I never have to worry about leaving them. Samantha is very responsive when I travel, indulging me with pics on how well they are when I travel. I never have to worry when they are with Samantha!

CICERO-OVERNIGHT BOARDING

I can't say enough good things about Samantha. She took excellent care of my giant puppy. He has a pretty serious fear issue and I was reluctant to leave him with a stranger, but in our initial Meet and Greet Samantha just seemed so warm and EXCITED to get to know my dog that I figured I'd give it a chance. By the time I picked him up, it was obvious that he had been treated well, and trusted and loved her (he could have cared less that I walked through the door to get him!!!). She is very accomodating- my darling Cicero is over a 100lbs of ill mannered puppy and she had not one negative thing to say about him. She was also able to accomodate a longer stay than anticipated and kept me up to date with a great picture and text messages. She's also honest- I accidentally paid for an extra day, which she promptly notified me of. We'll leave it at this- I hope she was serious when she said she'd welcome Cicero back in her home!!

For anyone Who's thinking of using NYC Pet Service's look no further, I left my two Bostons under her care for a month when I went on vacation with my wife. We were encouraged by her to check in with her on a daily basis if we wanted to just too make sure they were ok since it was our first time with out our babies. When we came back it was as if they found a second home with all their new doggie companion's they made in their stay with NYC Pet Service's. I encourage anyone who's looking for a sitter or walker to use Samantha's services, you won't find a better animal lover then her!

RUSTY-OVERNIGHT BOARDING

We were very happy with Samantha's service, she took care of our 2 year old Dachshund, Rusty, We had such piece of mind knowing that she was taking care of everything for Rusty while we were on vacation. She is very professional and thorough. When ever I emailed her about how my Rusty was doing, she emailed me back ASAP. When I called her, she was there to answer. I know my Rusty had a good time with the other pups she was also taking care of. Her prices are great and she truly cares for and loves your pets. She even emailed me two days after we picked up Rusty to see how he was doing. We will definitely use her in the future, she's awesome!

I recently just moved to New York and was so glad I found Samantha and NYC Pet Services! I have a little 8 month old puppy and Samantha has just been great with her. I boarded my senior aged Golden/Chow mix with Samantha for six days and am very pleased with the service. As a older dog he has some special needs, including medication, that Samantha attended to with no issues. She was also able to pick him and and drop him off which was incredibly helpful to me. She has a nice space where everyone runs around freely, so no crates even at night. For a friendly, social dog it's probably a lot like an awesome slumber party with new friends. Her overnight fees are very reasonable and as I mentioned she will pick up and drop off for a small additional fee. I will definitely use her services again.

TEDDY - GROOMING & DAYCARE

So I came to groom my poodle mix at NYCPS, and the groomer was amazing. The owner of the store helped me get my puppy to adapt to playing with other dogs as well. (Im one of those nervous mommies);The staff is amazing as well.
I also went on a weekend vacation and my dog was happy during his stay. He didn't come home all depressed like this one time I took him to another boarding place in Brooklyn.
Defiantly give them a try, you wont regret it !
